CLEARANCE:
- Leads the development effort by conveying the vision to an Agile or Scrum delivery team, outlining and prioritizing work based on business value.
- Liaises with stakeholders ensuring their interests are included in the release, and the team to ensure the release is developed by the deadline and within budget.
- Responsible for the business aspects of the project, including ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline.
- Serves as the Agile or Scrum delivery team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making.
- Coordinates and monitors the Scrum process from initiation through delivery.
- Serves as liaisons between the product owner, development team, and management in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
- Ensures that team members understand project objectives.
- Maintains product backlog and release plan and facilitates productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals.
- Preserves flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes.
- Facilitates an agile development team.
- Develops and manages Agile Scrum Artifacts and Reports.
- Manages the process for how information is exchanged.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree and Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years with BS/BA or 0 to 2 years with MS/MA/MBA or 8 to 10 years with no degree.
- DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE).
- Prior experience on a scrum team.
- Experience managing information technology development projects.
- Demonstrated experience and in-depth understanding of Project Management practices.
- Proven ability to use MS Project to manage projects.
- Demonstrated experience in agile development and production environment.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- PMP, Scrum Master, and/or Agile certification.
- ITIL Foundations certification.
