SPEAR Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a SPEAR Customer Service Representative in Virginia Beach, VA.

Requirements:

This individual shall be responsible for warehouse management tasks such as receiving, stowage and receipt processing.

Advanced Requirements:

Process and manage initial load-out and sustainment gear. Breakout SPEAR equipment requests.

Inputting requisitions into the SPEAR system.

Process and manage incoming material, stowage, inventories, and daily reconciliation of material issued in the SPEAR Web-based application.

Life-cycle management to include return and disposal of all SPEAR gear issued to Techs and Operators. Use SPEAR management program.

Coordinate with Special Operations Force Support Activity (SOFSA) for processing all items marked for disposal.

Refurbishment and retrofitting of returned SPEAR gear for reissuance

Qualifications:

License to operate a forklift.

Minimum five years’ warehousing and inventory management experience within the DoD.

General Requirements:

Possess a valid state driver’s license.

Must meet the requirements to obtain and check out government vehicles / CESE for use in their official duties, if required.

Be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Must complete, maintain training and certifications requirements for network access.

Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.

Enter data into multiple databases accurately.

Possess a SECRET Security Clearance
