Data Visualization Specialist

Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated data visualization specialist to support intelligence production and the continued advancement of data analytical processes and techniques at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). The successful candidate is someone who creatively approaches a variety of requirements to meet intelligence needs, can balance work on multiple tasks, and will work collaboratively with other scientists, engineers, and analysts.

Job Duties

• Produce and utilize 3D models of various assets, especially weapons systems
• Support incorporation of models and data into multimedia productions
• Plan, sequence, and create video productions to visualize trajectories reconstructed from real world events using both captured and estimated data
• Work independently and as part of a team to accomplish all tasks required to support the squadron
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, data managers, and analysts to support mission requirements
• Provide briefings and/or demonstrations of developed visualization products, as needed

Required Skills:

• Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain and retain SCI access
• 3D animation, modeling, simulation, and rendering
• Demonstrated graphic arts capabilities
• Strong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Blender software
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud/After Effects
• Proficiency with Autodesk Maya
• Proficiency with Houdini 3D procedural software
• Proficiency in developing CAD models
• Experience with intelligence-based trajectory reconstruction visualization and exploitation
