Silotech Group is seeking highly skilled professionals to support the 557th Weather Wing (557 WW) Cybersecurity and Cyber Operational Readiness Assessment mission. This role provides direct Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in support of IT analytics, system compliance, secure software development, and information assurance functions at Offutt AFB. This position is part of a proposal contract effort scheduled for award in 2025.
Location
Onsite at Offutt Air Force Base, NE. Remote work is not authorized unless explicitly approved by the COR. Travel is not expected.
Clearance Requirements
All personnel must possess a minimum of a Secret clearance at time of award or prior to task commencement.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and tailor local cyber policies in line with DoD guidance.
- Create RMF artifacts and TTPs including threat analysis.
- Maintain IA documentation in eMASS .
- Support cloud cybersecurity policy transitions.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Assurance , Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in AF IA and system accreditation or NIST equivalents.
Certifications
- IAT Level II (DoDM 8140.03 / DAFMAN 17-1305)
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with AFI Series 33 and RMF lifecycle.
- Experience in eMASS and DISA STIG implementation.
