Silotech Group is seeking highly skilled professionals to support the 557th Weather Wing (557 WW) Cybersecurity and Cyber Operational Readiness Assessment mission. This role provides direct Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in support of IT analytics, system compliance, secure software development, and information assurance functions at Offutt AFB. This position is part of a proposal contract effort scheduled for award in 2025.
Location
Onsite at Offutt Air Force Base, NE. Remote work is not authorized unless explicitly approved by the COR. Travel is not expected.
Clearance Requirements
All personnel must possess a minimum of a Secret clearance at time of award or prior to task commencement.

- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government COR.
- Oversee daily execution of the task order and manage all contract personnel.
- Organize and direct all work related to the PWS.
- Ensure proper coordination, staffing coverage, and deliverables compliance.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in a technical or management field preferred.
Experience
- Demonstrated experience managing federal task orders or projects with cybersecurity components.
Certifications
- PMP or equivalent preferred.
Desired Skills
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance efforts in Air Force environments.
