Solidus is searching for a Full-Stack Software Engineer. This position is located in Tyson's corner, VA and candidates must be able to work on-site
Clearance Requirements:
• US Citizenship and an the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. An Active Secret clearance is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive background investigation
Day in the Life:
• Develop and deploy full-stack, AI-based enterprise applications on AI Platform
• Test, troubleshoot, and enhance customer software applications with and on behalf of customers
• Identify application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations
• Conduct design and development reviews of customer software applications
• Write application specifications and documentation
Key Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor in a STEM field required. Experience may not be substituted for a degree.
• Software development experience with JavaScript and Python
• Experience with Git or other version control software
• Experience working with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, Vue, Backbone, or Angular
• Experience deploying software to least one of the leading cloud computing platforms (i.e., GCP, AWS,
Azure)
• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in data structure and algorithm design and implementation
• Proficiency in time-series data analysis, cleansing, and normalization
• Working knowledge of Agile software development methodology
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $98,000- $155,000. Customer contractual specifications, relevant work experience, skills, competencies and certifications, clearance status, and benefit selections will influence the final salary.
