Full Stack Applications Developer – 23-39147e
Country Intelligence Group is seeking a Full-Time Applications Developer to support our client in the Reston, Virginia area. The selected candidate will assist with the maintenance of existing legacy applications and support the transition to a new system architecture. This role requires expertise in C# desktop application development, full-stack development, and relational database management systems (RDMS). The position will require an additional security scrub prior to onboarding.
Work Requirements and Essential Job Functions:
• Maintain and support legacy applications while assisting with transition to a modern system architecture.
• Design, develop, and deploy bug fixes in C# to support an existing client/server-based application.
• Provide ongoing technical support for application performance and stability.
• Develop, implement, and maintain complex functions, scripts, stored procedures, and triggers in support of applications.
• Troubleshoot application errors and system issues efficiently.
• Work in an Agile development environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
• Utilize Git for version control and collaboration.
Education, Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development.
• 5+ years of experience supporting legacy applications.
• 3+ years of experience in C# desktop application development.
• Experience working on client/server-based architecture.
• 3 years of experience in RDMS support.
• Expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining functions, scripts, stored procedures, and triggers for application support.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Proficiency with Git for source control.
• Familiarity with the Sponsor’s A&A (Assessment & Authorization) process. (Preferred)
• Understanding DevOps methodologies and best practices. (Preferred)
