A Day in the Life – What You’ll Do
Operate as part of a 24/7 defense operations support team, contributing to live mission readiness and continuity
Monitor and troubleshoot Linux-based systems to ensure uptime and system integrity in a classified environment
Analyze real-time data from missile tracking, OPIR, and Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) platforms
Support ground and flight test events, logging results and compiling technical reports for DoD stakeholders
Collaborate with mission analysts and engineers to improve performance metrics, optimize systems, and report anomalies
You Might Be a Fit If You Have:
2–5 years of experience in mission-critical operations, system analysis, or real-time defense environments.
Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
Active TS/SCI clearance (Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility)
Willingness and availability to work Pitman schedule: rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
An analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for supporting U.S. defense operations

Shift Incentives: Paid extended work weeks (EWW), night/weekend differential pay
