Responsibilities:
- Assists the Senior Task Manager processing coordination requests
- Supports scheduling, preparing, and executing meetings and events on and off site
- Coordinates audio/video and facility support; prepares slides, and other materials to support meetings and events, as well as supporting close-out activities including disseminating meeting minutes

Requirements:
- Requires BA/BS and 3+ years of experience, or no degree and 9+ years of experience.
- TS/SCI w/Poly level clearance is required
- Previous experience scheduling and executing meetings within the IC is preferred
- Previous event management experience is preferred
