We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Teams. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. You will be responsible for supporting candidate sourcing strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating interview logistics, managing candidate communications, and recruitment systems to deliver an exceptional candidate experience that aligns with Hypergiant's mission and values.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Teams. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. You will be responsible for supporting candidate sourcing strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating interview logistics, managing candidate communications, and recruitment systems to deliver an exceptional candidate experience that aligns with Hypergiant's mission and values.
What You'll Do
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels to build strong talent pipelines for active and future roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information, interview feedback, and status updates.
- Draft and post engaging job descriptions on career websites and social media platforms to attract top talent.
- Support pre-employment processes, including background checks, reference verifications, and offer coordination.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve recruiting efficiency and the candidate experience.
- Manage onboarding logistics for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the organization.
- Support broader HR initiatives such as team culture events, happy hours, lunch and learns, and birthday/anniversary celebrations to enhance employee engagement and morale.

Required Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing and recruiting for technical and defense-related roles.
- Proven success sourcing candidates across a range of roles, including engineering, IT, cleared positions, and niche technical skill sets.
- Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, and Boolean search techniques.
- Solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate outreach, pipeline development, interview coordination, and pre-employment processes.
- Familiarity with general HR operations and ability to support broader HR functions as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confidential approach.
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to obtain & maintain a security clearance
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience recruiting in a defense, aerospace, or government contracting environment.
- Understanding of DoD hiring protocols, security clearance levels, and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
