*Position is hybrid. 3-4 days/week in person in Hanover, MD*

~ Assures the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Information Officer are
kept fully informed on all issues and matters which may become major in terms of
mission accomplishment.
~ Provides analyses and recommendation for higher-level review and
decision-making on complex issues spread across organizational and
functional lines.
~ Point of contact with corporate development and corporate support staff.
~ Researches, develops, implements, and interprets standard operating procedures,
and practices related to recruiting, retention, staffing, and classification in order to proactively
manage HR system and effectively manage human capital resources.
~ Assist with testing of new system version releases.
~ Provide direct staff and employee support, training and assistance to employees and business partners through various methods
~ Communicate and coordinate with the recruiter, professional administrator, health benefits department, payroll department, security officers, and various contracts to optimize efficiency
~ Log all reports, recruiting, retention, salary increases in appropriate data systems,
Maintain entries in various databases
~ Subject matter expert on all recruiting, hiring process related systems
~ Enter and maintain network orders received from other corporate contacts
~ Generate and distribute various reports
