Silotech Group is seeking highly skilled professionals to support the 557th Weather Wing (557 WW) Cybersecurity and Cyber Operational Readiness Assessment mission. This role provides direct Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in support of IT analytics, system compliance, secure software development, and information assurance functions at Offutt AFB. This position is part of a proposal contract effort scheduled for award in 2025.
Location
Onsite at Offutt Air Force Base, NE. Remote work is not authorized unless explicitly approved by the COR. Travel is not expected.
Clearance Requirements
All personnel must possess a minimum of a Secret clearance at time of award or prior to task commencement.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct testing and analysis of STIGs.
- Support Cybersecurity planning, quarterly revalidations, and threat monitoring.
- Provide support for implementation planning during cloud transitions.
- Lead stakeholder cybersecurity meetings and reporting.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in Air Force or NIST-based Cybersecurity and accreditation.
Certifications
- IAT Level II (DoDM 8140.03 / DAFMAN 17-1305)
Desired Skills
- Expertise in ACAS, Endpoint Security, IDS, and Threat Hunting.
- Familiarity with DISA STIGs.
