OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking a results-driven HR Management Consultant to support a critical law enforcement agency in advancing strategic personnel management, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and collaborative team player who thrives in a high-tempo, mission-driven environment.
As a key member of a project management team, you will help design, implement, and evaluate human capital solutions that strengthen employee engagement, wellness, performance, and long-term workforce planning.

As a key member of a project management team, you will help design, implement, and evaluate human capital solutions that strengthen employee engagement, wellness, performance, and long-term workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, assist, and execute HR-related initiatives across personnel management, workforce development, and organizational health.
- Provide strategic support for employee wellness, resilience, and well-being programs.
- Assess and improve government recruiting strategies, with a focus on broadening candidate pools and expediting the hiring process.
- Compile, analyze, and present workforce data to drive evidence-based decisions and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Optimize workforce surveys, metrics, and feedback systems to enhance organizational insights.
- Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and leadership updates on project progress and human capital insights.
- Maintain and manage HR and personnel data systems to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Conduct business process assessments and recommend process optimization strategies aligned with strategic HR goals.
- Evaluate and enhance existing HR programs, policies, and communication strategies.
- Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and visual analytics to support data-driven leadership decisions.
- 8+ years of experience in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in program/project analysis, reporting, and strategic HR consulting.
- Proven ability to assess workforce trends, develop performance metrics, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Experience preparing and presenting data-driven briefings to executive leadership.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, workforce development, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Proficiency in business process analysis, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Active Top Secret clearance required at the time of application.
Salary range: $120K - $130K, based on experience and qualifications.
