Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Responsibilities include
Project Management:
- As the LHA/LHD C5ISRT Project Manager you are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of LHA/LPD C5ISR projects. This role ensures that all program goals are met while maintaining adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Lead and manage LHA/LPD C5ISR projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Team Leadership:
- Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and support.
- Foster a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review project status and resolve issues.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding project status, risks, and outcomes.
Risk and Quality Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project outcomes meet specified standards.
- Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to promote continuous improvement.
Financial Management:
- Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any technical discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Program Manager equivalent is desired
- At least 15 years work experience with US Navy C5ISR systems
- Familiarity with PEO IWS and NAVWAR/PEOC4I is required
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
