Operations Integration Analyst
Why This is an Exciting Role:
As an Operations Integration Analyst at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), some of your duties will include direct support for our government customer's Division Chief and Operations Branch. This role focuses on enhancing DOD Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) through technology integration that enables awareness and decision making across the organization.

- Provide courses of action and mitigate potential roadblocks
- Facilitating communication with internal and external customer and contracting teams
- Participating in key operational meetings across the organization

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of professional experience with a Master's degree or equivalent
- Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
- CI/HUMINT expertise (clandestine, overt, CI collection, technical ops)
- Have a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence
- Experience in facilitating outreach activities to engage stakeholders and/or disseminate critical information to operational personnel
Desired Qualifications:
- Conduct internal/external engagements on behalf of government and contract leads.
- Apply CI/HUMINT expertise (clandestine, overt, CI collection, technical ops) to assess and improve operations.
- Support the integration of technical platforms, considering CI/HUMINT tradecraft and mission partner needs.
- Provide guidance to contract support staff for seamless integration.
- Support oversight of support activities to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Provide technical support and advice for CI/HUMINT operations.
- Contribute to aligning technical operations with IC Agency strategy to achieve mission goals.
- Identify and support the process to secure resources, monitoring contracts to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in teams for application testing, development, deployment, and mission partner meetings.
- Support assessment of the effectiveness of software applications in the field.
- Maintain awareness and report on mission partner needs and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in working groups.
