We are seeking an experienced ASIC designer to join our team dynamic JRC Sunnyvale Team as a Senior Electronic Design Engineer / Manager. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced electronic design IP using FinFET and Gate All-Around (GAA) semiconductor technologies. You will work with a comprehensive design flow utilizing EDA tools from Cadence Systems, collaborating closely with a team of design and application engineers. Your primary focus will be on creating advanced radiation-hard electronics for critical space and defense applications.

As a Senior Electronic Design Engineer, you will...

• Develop and maintain electronic design IP in FinFET and GAA semiconductor technologies.
• Utilize EDA tools from Cadence Systems for a full design flow.
• Collaborate with design and application engineers to achieve project goals.
• Focus on advanced radiation-hard electronics for space and defense applications.

What you bring to the table...

• A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or physics
• 5+ years of experience in electronic chip and semiconductor design using design flows from Cadence or Synopsys.
• Experience with synthesis, place and route (P&R), and verification technology.
• Experience with chip design in advanced FinFET and GAA technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
