Job Title: HPC Engineer (Secret Cleared)
Location: Smyrna, GA (relocation assistance provided if needed)

Salary Range: $130,000-$180,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Summary:
Verigent's client is seeking a highly skilled and Secret-cleared High Performance Computing (HPC) Engineer to support critical technical operations in Smyrna, GA. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with HPC environments, strong familiarity with Dell HPC best practices, and a track record of resolving hardware issues and optimizing computing performance through benchmark testing.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in tasks and directions provided by the customer to include: HPC configuration, management and maintenance, Extended knowledge transfer, SID documentation (planning, cables, labeling, switches, etc.), and High Performance Linpack (HPL), Alltoall, bidirectional bandwidth and Stream
• Address hardware failures and support tickets
• Validate firmware versions and settings
• Validate HPC software versions and settings
• Validate Dell HPC best practices
• Assist with benchmark testing
Qualification:
• 5+ years of HPC configuration, management and maintenance experience
• Experience with the following: Validating firmware versions and settings; Validating HPC software versions and settings; Validating Dell HPC best practices; Benchmark testing
• Experience supporting hardware failures and support
