- Job Title: I.T. Support Technician (Tier I)
- Location: Virginia Beach, VA
- Contract Layout: Est. "6+ Month Contract"
- Contract Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 / Hourly

- 1+ Years of Help Desk or IT Support Level Experience
- Ability to Work on W-2 without Sponsorship
Job Description
- Answer inbound phone calls in a high-volume / fast-paced environment using RingCentral
- Must create new case for each call they handle using our CRM System (Service Cloud) and attach
knowledge articles to their case as applicable
- Handle general inquiries such as basic hardware, software, and application usage
- Provide the contact phone number for other department inquiries and transferring the call if needed.
- Reset passwords using Active Directory
- Update focus groups w/in our student information system
- Reset two factor authentication for Individuals
