Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Journeyman Global Sociocultural Analyst to join our team! In this role you will serve under an Army Deputy Chief of Staff to support the intelligence requirements of the Commander and other consumers at Fort Leavenworth, KS.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for global military engagement to work with partner military forces to understand social engineering and cultures for the integration of the current operational environments (OEs).
• Conduct courseware development on topics such as the OE, PMESII-PT, and ASCOPE with emphasis on social engineering and cultures
• Work with the Customer and Army leaders on matters concerning the Intelligence Threat and emerging threats to ensure continuity of the OE narrative.
• Coordinate with the customer and partner services, and the IC to integrate a consistent OE and threat portrayal into Army products and activities, to include concepts, capability development, and exercises.
• Conduct research and studies to define the scope and context of the OE with regard to social engineering and cultures.
• In coordination with the OEE and the IC, analyze foreign cultures and foreign military capabilities. Conduct research and studies to describe future threats based on social engineering and foreign cultures.
• Provide OE and threat expertise by analyzing the current OE and assist in presentation of the OE.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Active Secret security clearance
• Master's degree
• Former military operations or intelligence background with 8+ years' experience
• Foreign language capability
• Military Intel experience, and/or military operations in training and exercise support
• OE, OPFOR and understanding of organizational DOTMLPF-P experience required
• Excellent written and oral communications skills

Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.
