Agile is Seeking a Classified Engineering Services - Network Engineer. Responsibilities include the following:
The Justice Management Division (JMD), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), National Security Systems (NSS), manages the primary classified data processing systems supporting components within the Department of Justice (DOJ). NSS operates Justice Consolidated Office Network (JCON) systems at the Secret and Top Secret/SCI classification levels and a voice and video system at the TS/SCI level. The DOJ OCIO IT Classified Engineering Services Program supports over 1,200 endpoints across more than 400 locations, providing classified data processing systems at Secret and Top Secret/SCI levels.
Network Engineer responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for the NSS program.
Ensure network security and compliance with DOJ standards.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to optimize network performance.
Specific to this program:
Ensure network infrastructure supports over 1,200 endpoints located in more than 400 locations.
Ensure network security and compliance with DOJ standards for both local and remote sites.
Support secure calling and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIP preferred.
Strong knowledge of Cisco network equipment and protocols.
Experience with federal government IT networks is a plus
