In this role, you will:
- Configure and implement UKG WFM systems (e.g., WTK, WFS, WAM, Paragon)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and support
- Analyze business processes and provide expert consultative guidance
- Troubleshoot system issues and lead post-implementation support
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of workforce management consulting experience
- 3+ years working specifically with UKG WFM solutions
- Strong skills in Excel-based data analysis and system configuration
- Experience with WIM processes and workforce optimization best practices
