Background

• Develop, create, and modify web applications or specialized utility programs
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions
• Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency
• Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team
• Working at the customer's site with government personnel to ensure program success

Requirements

• MA or MS degree in a computer or Information Science field or a relevant technical discipline
• Over 10 years of experience performing the duties described in the functional description and qualifications
• 6 years' experience with SQL and with C#
• 3 years' experience with JavaScript and with Single-Page Application/Angular Framework/Material
• 2 years' experience with HTML and CSS, Agile Scaled Development and GIT
• Experience with Cloud services, Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Azure
• Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Working knowledge of Atlassian suite of products, e.g., Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket

Preferred

• Experience with ET Core / Visual Studio, Cloud Native Computing Foundation
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Cloud services, Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Azure, Keycloal
• Jest / Cypress Test tools or similar
