OLH Technical Services, LLC , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Supply Technician.

To be considered you must have relevant experience in most or all of the responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of stockroom duties including verifying materials (or merchandise stock or non-stock) against receiving documents; reporting discrepancies and damages; routing materials to designated storage locations or customers; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials according to storage methods; rearranging and inventorying stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; removing and disposing material from storage, and preparing item for shipment. Ensures safe storage and handling of materials and in compliance with OSHA, and other safety and environmental regulations.
  
• Operates hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties. Material handling equipment includes hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, 4,000-10,000-pound forklifts, and telehandler forklifts. Experience with pallet jacks, scales, and tools, testing equipment, maintenance equipment, servicing equipment, parts, and supplies, as required.
  
• Experience using automated inventory management systems to track and document inventory movement, usage, issuance, receipt, description, return, disposal, and asset processing of stockroom inventories, stock and non-stock, and all purchases of equipment and supplies and to generate reports and analyzes trends. BONUS points if you have experience with one or more of the following systems: Maximo, FIMS, Data Splice, and Prometheus Mobile programs.
  
• Performing Stock Replenishment Functions: Generating re-order reports and vendor-requested quotes and initiating new stock requests for review/approval. Creating purchase requests (PR).
  
• Maintains a filing system for purchasing and receiving documents. Track delivery statuses and provides updates on estimated delivery dates. Track orders for stock items not received and resolve issues with vendors and purchasing agents to ensure proper receipt within 30 days.
  
• Perform housekeeping duties daily to keep the stockroom and yard clean and organized. Ensure material is accurately labeled and stored safely to prevent loss.
  
• Conduct periodic security inspections to ensure gates are locked, there are no breaches in fencing, and exterior lights are operational.
  
• Safely unload commercial and government trucks.
  
• Conduct and complete periodic and annual inventories of various commodity types.
  
• Weighs material, palletizes material, shrink wraps material, prepares shipping labels and manifests, and handles all shipping-related paperwork. Loads material and coordinates pick-up of items with commercial transportation vendors. Provides packing and crating services as needed.
  
• Assists with escorting, oversight, and quality assurance of repairs or new construction projects to ensure compliance with standards, as well as any other duty related items.
  
• Provide on-call assistance as needed, including evening, nights, weekends, and holidays.
