Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration and verification of airframe systems, ensuring performance and safety compliance.
- Develop and support flight test readiness reviews, test plans, and test matrices.
- Coordinate with flight test teams for execution, data collection, and verification reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, QA) to resolve technical issues.
- Analyze test data and recommend design improvements and corrective actions.
- Support the development of airframe specifications and requirements documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
- Participate in design reviews with a focus on testability and manufacturability.
- Track task progress and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and peers.
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to obtain U.S. Government Security Clearance (Requires US Citizenship)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- 2-4+ years of experience in airframe integration and verification (military or commercial aircraft).
- Strong knowledge of airframe systems, structures, and materials.
- Experience in test planning, execution, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience with the T-7 platform or similar aircraft programs.
- Familiarity with systems engineering principles and MBSE methodologies.
- Knowledge of FAA, MIL-STD, or other regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in engineering tools for modeling, simulation, and analysis.
