About the Role
Our client, the world's largest aerospace company, is seeking a highly skilled Software Integration & Verification Engineer to join the T-7 platform team in the St. Louis, MO region.
As a Software Integration & Verification Engineer, you will lead the integration and verification of software systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts on a program that spans from concept through in-service support.

As a Software Integration & Verification Engineer, you will lead the integration and verification of software systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts on a program that spans from concept through in-service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration and verification of software systems to ensure compliance with performance and safety requirements.
- Develop and support flight test readiness reviews, test plans, and test matrices.
- Coordinate with flight test teams for execution, data collection, and verification reporting.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Analyze test data and recommend design improvements and corrective actions.
- Support development of software specifications and requirements documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
- Participate in design reviews with a focus on testability and manufacturability.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software integration and verification.
- Track and report task progress regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and peers.
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to Obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance. (Requires US Citizenship)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- 2-4+ years of experience in software or cyber security integration and verification (military or commercial aircraft).
- Strong knowledge of software systems, IT systems, and cyber security.
- Experience in test planning, execution, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience with the T-7 platform or similar aircraft programs.
- Familiarity with systems engineering principles and MBSE methodologies.
- Understanding of FAA, MIL-STD, or other regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in engineering tools for modeling, simulation, and analysis.
