Program Financial Analyst (C80-2024-22938)

Bowhead is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division Detachment Norfolk (NSWCCDDN) located at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story. The Program Financial Analyst provides complex program or financial management support/analyses.

Responsibilities

Essential functions of this Analyst include, but are not limited to:

• Collect, maintain and verify of data in accordance with plans developed by others, including data from diverse sources
• Perform needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses in an effort to align program/financial needs with business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree (Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS)) from an Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited college or university OR advanced technical training and a minimum of six years of experience in addition to Target Experience stated below may be substituted for the BA or BS degree.
• Requires a minimum of eight years of experience in the collection, maintenance and verification of data from diverse sources and in the structuring of fairly complex data analysis plans.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift to 25 pounds
• Must be able to sit, stand and or bend for prolonged amounts of time

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
