Nightwing is seeking a skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our team. This role involves full-lifecycle application development, including designing, coding, and debugging applications across various software languages. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a quick learner, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
TS/SCI with Polygraph Required Day 1
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop applications using Angular, Spring Boot, and Java.
- Collaborate with an agile development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Develop and utilize application programming interfaces (APIs).
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising effective solutions.
- Adhere to established coding standards and conduct peer reviews.
- Architect and implement microservices to create scalable, modular, and efficient solutions.
Qualifications:
- Significant expertise in Kubernetes and other container orchestration platforms.
- Deep understanding of containerization and its role in modern software development.
- Proven ability to deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes in production environments.
- Experience with managing clusters, implementing service mesh architectures, and optimizing container-based workflows.
- Comprehensive knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience designing and building microservices to achieve enhanced scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Understanding the trade-offs in microservices and monolithic architectures, with demonstrated experience in creating distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Angular, Spring Boot, and Java.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies.
- Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Expertise in GitHub, Jenkins, and JIRA.
- Experience with AWS Lambda and Python.
- Solid understanding of continuous integration and deployment lifecycles.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with container-based solutions and cloud-native application development.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes ecosystem tools, such as Helm, Prometheus, and Istio.
