CLEARANCE:
- Provide end user support for a custom application that is used by 3000+ users.
- The Staff IT specialist will support users with application configuration, configuration resets, data export, application use and other end user questions.
- The ideal candidate will be customer focused and have experience working people to understand an application that requires a level of expertise to operate.
- Clear explanations, patience with user issues and quick responses are critical.
- Our team will train thecandidate on all aspects of the user interactions.
- There is a lot of opportunity to grow beyond the help desk into cloud engineering and software development.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree and Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a help desk person or customer support team. Without a Degree, 4 years of direct experience
- Experience with ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through support to customer issues and needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Mobile application support
- Experience providing the "customers" voice to the testing process
