How an Information Management Support Administrator will make an impact:
  • Provide Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III technical support for GFE, including laptops, printers, monitors, and zero clients.
  • Manage hardware and software inventories, including tracking, shipping, receiving, and coordinating with overseas sites.
  • Process software installation requests and associated licenses, coordinating with the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) and GEF as needed.
  • Perform software and hardware upgrades on GFE, ensuring compatibility and security.
  • Maintain accurate inventory documentation for all GEF-related hardware.
  • Track GEF-related IT requirements from receipt to issuance, coordinating with NETCOM G-4 and G-3 stakeholders.
  • Support NETCOM G-3 with physical inventories, asset issuance, transfers, and turn-ins.
  • Assist with the imaging and re-imaging of GFE assets worldwide.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: IAT-II certification.
• Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Desktop computer maintenance
• Security Clearance Level: Secret
• Location: On Customer Site

• Demonstrate working knowledge of:
  • Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)
  • Privileged Access Workstations (PAWs)
  • Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) scans
  • Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGS)
  • Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
  • McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO)
  • Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)
  • ServiceNow Incident Management
  • Plan of Action Milestones (POAMs)
  • IP Subnet Management
  • Active Directory OU Computer Management
  • Active Directory Connection Rules and IPSec Configuration
  • IMO Share Drive Management
  • Basic Network Troubleshooting (Ping, NSLookup, GPEdit)
