• Manage and maintain our Jamf Pro environment for macOS and iOS devices.
• Configure and deploy policies, profiles, and scripts to manage device settings and security.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to prevent downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, disk cleanups, and software updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows, Jamf, and other system-related problems.
• Provide technical support to end-users, either in-person or remotely.
Requirements:
Experience:* 3+ years of experience in system administration, with a focus on Windows and Jamf administration.
Technical Skills:
• Jamf Pro
• Mobile device management (MDM)
• macOS and iOS devices
Certifications:
• CompTIA Security+ CE
Clearance:
• Secret
