Sr. Principal Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Profi

Position Description

Serco is seeking a Sr. Principal Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) to join our team supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at Camp Atterbury near Edinburgh, Indiana. In this critical role, you will lead intelligence warfighting function training activities and manage IEWTPT operations on-site.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the Intelligence Warfighting Function Collective Trainer and manage IEWTPT operations on-site.
• Plan and execute collective intelligence training to include integrating intelligence systems such as the Technical Control Cell (TCC), Intelligence Low Overhead Driver, WARSIM Intelligence Module, and Distributed Common Ground System - Army (DCGS-A) to maximize training value.
• Provide expertise in the development, execution, and assessment of tailored and dynamic simulation-stimulated training scenarios and preparatory events.
• Leverage a working knowledge of Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) and their integration within and among command posts.
• Provide introductory, pre-exercise, over-the-shoulder, and guided instruction to leaders and their Soldiers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence analyst or primary staff member at the Brigade, Division, or Corps level, or
• Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence analyst or primary staff member at the Brigade, Division, or Corps level.
• Experience serving in one of the following roles:
  • Brigade level or higher S2/G2
  • Divisional or higher-level ACE Chief
  • Division level all-source intelligence warrant officer or senior NCO
  • Division or Corps level G2 operations officer
  • CTC Observer/Controller with prior experience as a military trainer
• Must possess a current U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
• Must have a current counterintelligence (CI) scope polygraph (CSP) with all mandatory oversight training, including OVSC1000, OVSC1100, and OVSC1800.
• Must have experience working in the Intelligence Warfighting Function including all-source intelligence and information collection management operations.
• Must be capable of obtaining Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) accounts within 90 days of hire.
• DoD IAT Level I (A+, NET+) certification required.
• Must be able to travel as needed (at least 10% of the time).
• Must be able to work on-site at Camp Atterbury near Edinburgh, Indiana.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong technical expertise across Army intelligence systems and proficiency in integrating and training military units in a simulation environment.
• Excellent instructional and facilitation skills to guide Army leaders and Soldiers through effective intelligence operations training.

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Possesses a National Security Agency Network (NSAnet) account.
