Position Description

Serco is seeking a Principal Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) to join our team supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) in Washington state. The selected candidate will serve as an Intelligence Warfighting Function Collective Trainer and manage IEWTPT operations for the JBLM MTC.

In this role, you will:
  • Leverage comprehensive understanding and application of principles, practices, and industry standards of mission command training and training support.
  • Perform complex professional tasks and solve complex problems independently.
  • Develop approaches to solutions and independently make decisions that do not result in serious program delays or considerable expenditure of resources.
  • Provide consulting expertise to military and defense clients in the development and evaluation of military training and participate in determining unit objectives.
  • Represent the IEWTPT team daily as a prime contact and interact with senior internal and external partners on significant matters, often requiring coordination between multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver presentations.
  • Support the planning and execution of collective intelligence training, including integration of intelligence systems (Technical Control Cell [TCC], Intelligence Low Overhead Driver, WARSIM Intelligence Module, and Distributed Common Ground System - Army [DCGS-A]).
  • Provide expertise in the development, execution, and assessment of tailored and dynamic simulation-stimulated training scenarios and preparatory events.
  • Leverage working knowledge of Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) and their integration within and among command posts.
  • Provide introductory, pre-exercise, over-the-shoulder, and guided instruction to leaders and their Soldiers.


Qualifications

  • One of the following:
    • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence analyst or primary staff member at the Brigade, Division, or Corps level.
    • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence analyst or primary staff member at the Brigade, Division, or Corps level.
    • Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence analyst or primary staff member at the Brigade, Division, or Corps level.
  • Served in one of the following roles:
    • Brigade level or higher S2/G2,
    • Divisional or higher-level ACE Chief,
    • Division level all-source intelligence warrant officer or senior NCO,
    • Division or Corps level G2 operations officer,
    • Combat Training Center (CTC) Observer/Controller with prior military trainer experience.
  • Must have an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
  • Capable of obtaining a CI-scope polygraph (CSP) and completing all mandatory oversight training, including OVSC1000, OVSC1100, and OVSC1800.
  • Must have experience in the Intelligence Warfighting Function to include all-source intelligence and information collection management operations and a general understanding of connectivity and capabilities of automated Military Intelligence Systems.
  • Capable of obtaining and maintaining SIPRNET and JWICS accounts within 90 days of hire.
  • DoD IAT Level I certification (A+, NET+).
  • Must be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time).
  • Must be able to work on-site at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Ability to solve complex technical and operational problems independently.

Additional desired experience and skills:
  • Possession of a National Security Agency Network (NSAnet) account.
  • Current CI-scope polygraph (CSP) and completed mandatory oversight training.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $82,900 to $ 124,300; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
