The Senior Health IT Consultant will directly support client delivery with a focus on demonstrating value and impact delivered. The Senior Health IT Consultant will lead the integration planning of the PARATUS system with Navy medical profiling platforms and Electronic Health Records (EHRs). This role ensures that health readiness profiling aligns seamlessly with clinical data systems to support operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Health IT, systems management, and Navy health readiness environments.

Type of Employment: Full-time, W2

Work Location/Travel: Remote with up to 25% travel to Navy installations, military treatment facilities, or government offices; relocation not required

Salary Range: $112,000-$120,000 annually (W2, based on education, experience, and geographic location)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning and execution of PARATUS integration with existing Navy EHR and medical profiling systems.

  • Verify alignment between profiling algorithms and health data sources to support accurate and actionable readiness assessments.

  • Coordinate across technical, clinical, and operational teams to ensure interoperability and system compliance with DoD standards.

  • Evaluate system architectures and workflows to identify integration opportunities and challenges.

  • Provide expert guidance on data mapping, system requirements, and validation protocols for readiness and EHR alignment.

  • Represent the integration team in stakeholder meetings, presenting technical recommendations and ensuring alignment with program goals.

  • Develop documentation, training materials, and implementation plans to support end-user adoption and system sustainability.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Deep understanding of military health systems, readiness data flows, and DoD health IT infrastructure.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex integration efforts.

  • Ability to bridge technical and operational domains to align system capabilities with clinical readiness needs.

Education/Certification Required:

  • Master's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Systems Management, or a related field.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in Health IT, systems integration, or public health data management.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in health IT systems integration, EHR platforms (e.g., MHS GENESIS), and interoperability frameworks.

  • Familiarity with profiling systems, clinical decision-support tools, and health data mapping.

Desirable (Not Required) Skills/Experience:

  • Experience implementing or advising on DoD health readiness systems or related military health programs.

  • In-depth understanding of Navy health data workflows, profiling systems, and operational readiness metrics.
