- Serves as liaison to Rotational Unit White Cell, receives reports for RTU Soldiers who need to depart on emergency leave.
- Provides travel documentation and reservations as required.
- Maintain daily activity log and enter information into data base as needed.
- Performs other duties in accordance with Mission Support requirements as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
- Must possess and maintain active NACI or security clearance.
- Must possess valid state driver's license.
- Prior experience using and manipulating an MS Excel data base or other programs.
Desired Experience:
- Experience/working knowledge of Army replacement system.
- Experience working with the American Red Cross, booking domestic and international flights, and interacting with the U.S. Military.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to travel unaccompanied throughout the continental US and foreign countries.
- Individual must submit to and pass pre-employment drug screening; will be subject to random drug screening.
- Individual must be able to work outside at times.
- Must be able to work shift work, holidays and weekends.
- Must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills (written and oral).
