Position Description
Serco is seeking a Task Order / Site Manager 2 to lead and oversee operations at the Mission Training Complex (MTC) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. This critical leadership position supports the Army's Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP), ensuring training and exercise operations meet all requirements with excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day performance, personnel oversight, and coordination of technical requirements, serving as the key liaison with the MTC Director.
This position is contingent upon program award.

I n compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $156,500.00 to $234,700.00; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.

In this role, you will:
- Serve as the Task Order Manager and Site Manager, responsible for all contractor performance at the MTC under the assigned Task Order.
- Maintain corporate decision-making authority to meet evolving Task Order requirements.
- Provide technical training support, manage training products, and oversee surge operations.
- Coordinate directly with the MTC Director to support training, exercises, and mission-related requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact with the MTC Director for all technical matters.
- Supervise all contractor personnel assigned to the MTC.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of military training and/or military training support experience; or
- Master's degree with at least 8 years of military training and/or military training support experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in operations and training requirements at the division or higher level.
- Background in training management and familiarity with MCTSP.
- Prior service as a battalion or brigade commander.
- Active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
- Ability to work on-site at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated leadership in complex military training environments.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for interfacing with senior military personnel and teams.
- Proven experience overseeing large-scale training and exercise support.
Additional desired experience and skills:
- Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Graduate of a Senior Service College.
- At least 10 years of supervisory experience managing diverse teams.
