Serco is seeking a Military Training Manager 2 - Site Manager to join our growing team of diverse professionals supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at Fort Chaffee in Arkansas. This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and customer approval.

Serco is seeking a Military Training Manager 2 - Site Manager to join our growing team of diverse professionals supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at Fort Chaffee in Arkansas. This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and customer approval.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the performance of all Serco and subcontractor personnel at the site performing work under this Task Order (TO) and exercise corporate decision-making authority to respond to TO requirements.
- Conduct regional scheduling, resource management coordination, training execution, property management, logistics, personnel management, and oversee contractor continuing education training.
- Work collaboratively with the TO Manager and the Mission Training Complex (MTC) Director, directly supporting required TO training and technical missions.
- Serve as the principal point of contact with the MTC Director for technical requirements in the TO and supervise Serco and subcontractor employees assigned to the MTC.
- Hold full authority to act for Serco on all matters relating to the daily operation of this Task Order at the Fort Indiantown Gap location.
- Be available, or ensure a designated alternate is available, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, during normal operating hours, and be capable of meeting with the MTC Commander in person or by phone within 45 minutes of notification during normal operating hours.
- During extended and 24-hour operations, be on call for emergencies or urgent issues that require decision/action.

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience, or Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Background and experience in military training and training support operations.
- Experience in logistics and property management.
- Experience with operations and training requirements at Division or higher level.
- Experience with training management.
- Familiarity with Army MCTSP.
- Prior service as a battalion or brigade commander or command operations staff officer (S3).
- Graduation from Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or completion of Intermediate Level Education / Military Education Level 4 (ILE / MEL 4), Senior Service College, or equivalent military or DoD Civilian schooling.
- Active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Ability to work on-site at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA.
Additional desired experience and skills:
- Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Army MTC.
