Minimum Requirements:
• 3–10 years of experience in software development or data engineering.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Experience with SharePoint usage is preferred, as it is integral to the role.
• Experience with Databricks to build, maintain, and enhance data pipelines.
• Education: B.A./BS or M.A./MS
• Location: Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the Pentagon to facilitate occasional onsite work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize Databricks to build, maintain, and enhance data pipelines.
• Troubleshoot any failed runs involving Databricks and the SharePoint API connection that imports client data into the Qlik environment.
• Support efforts related to new data acquisitions.
• Engineer new data into the Databricks environment from the S3 bucket.
Skills and Proficiencies:
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and a strong familiarity with the Databricks environment.
• Proficient in SQL, including joins, select statements, and query optimization.
• Skilled in developing and presenting complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Demonstrated excellence in consultative abilities, organization, customer service, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Proven experience managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.

Hybrid position with a primarily remote setup. Onsite presence will be required as needed for meetings, collaboration, or other business purposes.
