We are seeking a Boat Division Personal Property Custodian to oversee asset management, inventory control, and compliance within the Boat Division. This role ensures proper tracking, documentation, and accountability of capital assets, operational consumables, and minor property. This position plays a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and asset integrity within the Boat Division.

We are seeking a Boat Division Personal Property Custodian to oversee asset management, inventory control, and compliance within the Boat Division. This role ensures proper tracking, documentation, and accountability of capital assets, operational consumables, and minor property. This position plays a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and asset integrity within the Boat Division.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Process requests, maintain records and manage the issue, turn-in, gain and loss of capital assets, minor property and operational consumables (OPCON) assigned to Boat Division.
- Conducts monthly inventories, bi-annual inventories and annual inventories of gear managed in SWALIS/DPAS by NSWG-2 N4.
- Investigates and process paperwork for missing, lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- Minimum of three years' inventory management experience within NSW.
