We are seeking a Parts and Maintenance Customer Service Representative to support logistics, inventory management, and serviceability assessments for weapons accessories and repair parts. This role ensures accurate tracking, replenishment, and issuance of essential gear while maintaining compliance with operational standards.

Overview:
We are seeking a Parts and Maintenance Customer Service Representative to support logistics, inventory management, and serviceability assessments for weapons accessories and repair parts. This role ensures accurate tracking, replenishment, and issuance of essential gear while maintaining compliance with operational standards.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Assist with issues and records all parts issued on provided Repair Part Reports and use reports to update the DPAS database.
- Assist with processes initial request, turn-in, and issue documents (DD Form 1149) of required ancillary gear to support team personnel and Operators. Receive, inventory and inspect post-deployment return of all weapons accessories (ancillary) gear and help to determine the serviceability of received ancillary equipment for re-issue.
- Assist with assembling, inventory, and replenish weapon repair-parts kits and toolboxes for deploying units.
- Possess at least one year of DPAS or a similar inventory database experience (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
