Sayres is seeking an experienced Acquisition Management Support Program Analyst with current SECRET clearance, verifiable in DISS, located in Washington D.C.
Responsibilities
In support of a large shipbuilding program, the Acquisition Management Support Program Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Provides trial card support utilizing TSM and ETC applications.
- Provides technical and administrative post delivery support for DDG Class.
- Provide technical and administrative support to waterfront Navy shipbuilding Test Teams primarily with the Discrepancy Management Process to include Database Management, Underway Shipboard Trials Support, Laptop Configuration/Networking, Metrics, and Data Quality and Configuration checks.
- Serve as a liaison with onsite trial card support personnel and government customers who are in multiple locations.
- Set up standalone laptop networks onboard ship for use by Government Inspection Team, providing administrative support for the network and customers using the network and TSM/ETC applications.
- Duties will be required to get underway with the ship in support of contractual inspection and trial events.
- Process and analyze large quantities of data for the creation of summary metrics packages and various reports.
- Collect, and track status of action items through completion and manage ship construction deficiencies/trial card data in Technical Support Management System (TSM).
- Research, accumulate, and analyze data to prepare draft correspondence, white papers, and briefings and reports in response to external queries.
- Lead War Room administrative operations.
- Develop minutes, briefings, records and maintain sensitive program data in accordance with Navy policy and procedures. Interact effectively with senior executive staff.
- Provide a wide range of executive, analytical, management, and administrative support including, but not limited to; preparing executive correspondence, management of records, schedules, correspondence, long-term planning, deliverables tracking, task management, and other assistance as may be required.
Qualifications & Clearance Requirements
Minimum Skill Sets of Qualified Candidates
- NAVSEA Shipbuilding experience.
- 1 year or more of DoD/Navy experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years' experience in a related field. (4 to 8 years)
- Secret clearance verifiable in DISS.
