Join a cutting-edge team supporting the U.S. Air Force's most advanced fighter aircraft-the F-47 Next Generation Air Dominance (NGAD) platform. We are seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to mission planning software development, integration, and testing efforts. Your work will directly support the fielding of a weapon system that is vital to our national defense and will shape Department of Defense operations for the next 30 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software across the full development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to analyze and translate customer requirements into software design.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software products and system integration functionalities.
- Document and maintain software architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs.
- Debug and resolve software issues to ensure performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and support continuous process improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET.
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
- Experience working in Agile environments, including large-scale "team of teams" Agile frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with software development patterns: microservices, REST APIs, Mono Repos, Mono DBs, and Single Page Applications (SPA).
- Experience in system architecture, requirements definition, and software testing.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, ReactJS, and Redux.
- Experience with Mission Planning Systems or defense-related software development.
