This position serves as the Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS) Forward (FWD) Operations and Logistics Lead. Coordinates and manages mission support projects, taskings, actions for PM TS. Directs operations, planning and logistics support for PM TS FWD. Respond to operational, logistics and administrative requirements from ASA(ALT) FWD LNO, PEO IEWS FWD LNO and PM TS Chief of Operations. Coordinates, prepares and conducts briefings for senior leaders to convey PM TS mission. Provide program updates and/or information to facilitate the decision-making process regarding program initiatives.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for PM TS leadership FWD on operations and logistic matters.
- Supports operations, planning and logistics for PM TS FWD. Develop operational concepts and plans to expand or change future PM TS operations. Ensure PM TS strategic plan, mission and vision are communicated to external stakeholders.
- Respond to operational and administrative requirements established by the (ASA)ALT and PEO IEWS leadership within theater and to PM TS.
- Clearly articulate and resolve operations and logistic issues regarding PM TS personnel/equipment supporting ARCENT/SOCCOM/CENTCOM/AFRICOM/EUCOM areas of responsibility.
- Track and report personnel and equipment through a variety of sources. Maintain accountability of personnel/equipment by submitting daily PERSTAT reports, monthly equipment common operating picture reports, maintaining
- theater personnel and equipment databases are accurate. Ensure CAC cards, LOA, passports and contractor Visas and Government Furnished Life Support Forms (GFLS) are valid.
- Track equipment readiness through a variety of sources and coordinate/communicate status of deployed systems to external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Track and report on the status of operational need statements (ONS).
- Develop and brief theater operations, drawdown and retrograde plans.
- Identify, plan and coordinate office space, facilities and outdoor space to support PM TS personnel/equipment.
- PM TS lead for all movement coordination for personnel and cargo. Receive, document and coordinate all passenger/cargo movement requests and cancellations. Maintain a daily log that captures all movements. Trained and certified in Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES), single mobility systems and Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES).
- Participate in key meetings with external stakeholders such as but not limited to ARCENT/CENTCOM/CJTF/SOCCOM/ASA(ALT)/PEO IEWS and provide executive summaries.
- Advises PM TS and Staff on actions and events that could impact support to the Soldier. Employ knowledge of the entire PM TS system portfolio and best practices to provide analyses and courses of action.
- 10 or more years of experience in or around military service in combat arms, combat support and or combat service support as an NCO or higher
- BA, BS, or higher (in a related field) plus two years of experience as staff NCO or officer
- Qualified in Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES), single mobility systems and Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES)
- Knowledge or experience fielding/sustaining Army equipment
- Acquisition level II certified or higher
- MS office qualified
- Active Clearance Level Required: Secret
- Approximately 30% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.
