$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr
We are seeking experienced Aria/vRealize Engineers with active Secret clearances for a full-time, 12-month role in Washington, DC. This position involves deploying and optimizing VMware Aria and vRealize solutions in a fast-paced data environment. Ideal candidates will be hands-on experts in cloud automation and management platforms, capable of leading technical implementations and collaborating effectively with infrastructure and security teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of VMware Aria and vRealize Suite solutions in a data center.
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud automation workflows and management operations.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure infrastructure compliance with federal standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance and stability issues.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Provide Workstation Software break-fix support
- IMAC - PC Install, Moves, Adds, and Changes
- Image Loads
- Asset Recovery
- Asset tagging
- Printer Support
- Client Center (Tech Bar) Support
- IT Service Management Updates
- Other Client Support duties needed to maintain Workstation operations and customer satisfaction may be assigned
Requirements
- Must be within driving distance of Washington, DC and willing to work onsite
- Active Secret Security Clearance (Required)
- Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status
- 3-5 years of experience with VMware Cloud Management and Automation technologies.
- VCP-CMA Certification (Preferred)
- Proficient in:
- VMware Aria Operations
- vRealize Suite (Operations, Automation, Log Insight, etc.)
- Cloud Automation Tools
- Data Center environments
- You are an excellent communicator in writing and speaking.
