RiVidium Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Consultant SME to lead and support enterprise-level initiatives focused on business transformation, organizational change, and performance improvement. This role requires deep subject matter expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong track record of delivering results in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise across multiple high-impact projects involving change management, business process development, re-engineering, and performance measurement.
- Lead the planning and execution of complex initiatives, ensuring completion within defined timelines and resource constraints.
- Support the development and implementation of business architecture frameworks and continuous process improvement strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights rooted in military law, military history, human resources processes, or enterprise-level business systems.
- Demonstrated expertise and deep knowledge in one or more of the following areas: military law, military history, human resources processes, or business architecture.
- Proven ability to lead large, complex projects with competing priorities.
- Extensive experience applying change management and continuous process improvement methodologies.
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working with or within the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is required.
- Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in consulting, strategic planning, or related leadership roles.
