RiVidium Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Functional Consultant to support executive-level business initiatives by leveraging business process modeling, requirements management, and strategic consulting expertise. This role plays a key part in aligning operational processes with organizational goals through advanced analysis and modeling tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support business process development, re-engineering, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop, document, and maintain business process models, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and objectives.
- Utilize DOORS (Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System) to capture and manage requirements and traceability throughout project lifecycles.
- Support initiative management efforts, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional processes.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within resource constraints, while maintaining high quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams and with senior leadership to drive project success.
- Strong research, analytical, and business process modeling skills.
- Proficient in the use of DOORS or similar requirements management tools (DOORS experience preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to guide and support executive-level projects involving business transformation and initiative management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex projects and meeting deadlines within tight resource parameters.
- U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) experience preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis, functional consulting, or related roles.
