Praescient Analytics is seeking an Intelligence Analyst, Lead to support the FBI Laboratory Intelligence Unit in Huntsville, Alabama. This opportunity is for a proposal. This role will provide operational intelligence services in direct support of the FBI Laboratory Intelligence Unit (LIU) by conducting bulk and target exploitation, intelligence, and data analysis to be disseminated to FBI and USIC customers as appropriate. As an Intelligence Analyst, Lead, you will need experience in the following:
Responsibilities:
Provide operational intelligence services, raw intelligence tactical analysis, and operational analysis, as appropriate, to support the LIU's intelligence functions and analytical needs, in furtherance of FBI investigations and operations. Lead and supervise analytical teams supporting LIU missions. Oversee task execution and manage deliverables (e.g., monthly status and financial reports). Interface with FBI stakeholders for operational planning and coordination. Intelligence Analysts are expected to leverage their US Intelligence Community (USIC) experience and functional expertise to gain and/or deepen their understanding of threats related to their assigned programs and must be able to develop intelligence exploitation, analysis, and production deliverables associated with their program.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years of intelligence analysis work experience in the USIC writing raw and/or tactical intelligence products.
- A BA or BS degree from an accredited university.
- A minimum of three years of leadership and/or supervisory experience.
- Experience and/or familiarity with intelligence requirements and processes.
- Strong interpersonal ability, demonstrated by at least three years of experience working on a multi-disciplined team or within a team environment.
- Strong editorial and grammar skills, demonstrated by at least two years of experience in copy editing, print-publishing, or other writing-heavy responsibilities.
- At least five years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Desired Qualifications:
- Intelligence Analysts with previous military, law enforcement, or other federal government/non-USIC experience is also desired. Additionally, Intelligence Analysts with a hard science or technical background are preferred but not required.
- Any experience having certified release authority to release and/or disseminate intelligence products is also preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Security Clearance:
- This position requires a TOP SECRET and Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level clearance at minimum.
