HOW A UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST MID WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or other equivalent technical discipline (may substitute with commensurate work experience).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of related experience in the industry.
RELATED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
(Experience in one or more of the following): Avaya Modern and Legacy Telephony Systems, MS TEAMs Application, Managed Secure Telephony Platform (MSTP) - Cloud Based Telephony System Administration, Cisco platform familiarization (Administration and Maintenance), Microsoft TAC familiarization, Power Bi Report Generation.
CLEARANCE: Top Secret level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) + CI Poly
LOCATION: 75% Travel and 25% onsite in Washington, DC

HOW A UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST MID WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Site surveys
- Identifying equipment needed for deployment
- Update trackers as required for proper configuration and installations
- Installation, test, document, and training of newly installed solution
- monitor and troubleshoot EVoIP systems
- identifying potential problems and responding quickly to mitigate any impact on system performance
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
