The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for a Program Manager to support our government customer primarily located in the National Capital Region, (Washington, D.C. and/or Germanton, MD.)

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive Program Management Plan, Staffing Plan, and Quality Management Plan.
  • Ensure the implementation of effective business management, staffing and other quality practices to deliver the services in an efficient and integrated manner and at a sustained high level of success.
  • Support the execution of NA-IMs established cybersecurity and privacy governance models, processes, and policies to ensure well-informed strategy, policy, architecture standards and investment decisions.
  • Ensure the implementation of management practices to proactively pursue innovation to enhance successful performance and delivery of tasks.
  • Apprise the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) immediately of any issues that could have an adverse impact on performance of the PWS requirements.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports of projects, initiatives, and activities.
  • Ensure communications in performance of all work under the PWS are professional and accurate, are consistent with the goals of the PWS and promote positive working relationships with consumers of NA-IM solutions and services.
  • Implement, and assist with planning, direction, execution, and oversight of PWS tasks area activities.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to define, document, and adhere to the proposed solutions.
  • Track, mitigate, and report on all delivery risks relating to the execution of activities under the PWS.
  • Define, relay, and delegate requirements to all personnel involved in the context of the PWS.
  • Assist in arranging and documenting meetings with stakeholders, including the Order Kick-Off Meeting.
  • Ensure all non-key personnel technical assessors are certified, at a minimum, according to Cyber Security Service Provider Auditor (minimum mastery of IAT III), all within six months of assignment.
  • Ensure non-key personnel programmatic assessors are certified to Information Assurance Manager II and III (junior and senior roles respectively), all within six months of assignment.


REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • BS degree in related field, and PMP strongly preferred.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years managing a cybersecurity compliance program for a Federal or DoD customer.


REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
  • Must be a Born or Naturalized U.S. Citizen. For the purposes of this work effort, Green Card or Visa holders are not eligible.
  • Top Secret and/or Q Clearance is required
