ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Engineer to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This is an onsite position.
This position will support various Navy projects, including transformation, research, development, implementation, and training & education initiatives, by providing systems engineering expertise.

This position will support various Navy projects, including transformation, research, development, implementation, and training & education initiatives, by providing systems engineering expertise.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for identifying, formulating, designing, and testing solutions to engineering problems
- Use systems engineering methodologies and tools to lead the development of new and complex systems throughout the development phase
- Provide expertise to research, analyze, and develop tools and methods to integrate with modeling environments
- Collaborate in the conduct of technical reviews in an Authoritative-Source-of-Truth environment
- Develop, review, and deliver training plans related to systems engineering
- Domestic Travel up to 10%
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Scientific area and 3+ years of Engineering or Systems Engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience in an area of engineering expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
- Navy experience
Clearance Requirements:
- US Citizenship required and current and active Secret security clearance is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
