Required Skills

• Must be willing to undergo a CI polygraph Senior: Meets all qualifications and skills of a Mid-Level plus possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others. Shall possess a minimum of 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. In addition, shall possess a Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 2 years of related senior experience, for a total of 10 years; as a substitute to the Master's degree. (8 Years Exp with portion of experience in last 2 years & a Masters Degree OR 10 Years Exp with a portion of experience in last 2 years & a Bachelors Degree)
